regina-normal-mpi software package provides MPI utilities for Regina, the 3-manifold topology software, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install regina-normal-mpi
regina-normal-mpi is installed in your system.
Make ensure the regina-normal-mpi package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep regina-normal-mpi *
You will get with regina-normal-mpi package name, version, architecture and description in a table
